In reference to the information called for by the Earl of Kimberley's Despatch (No.99 of 21st August, 1871) I beg to report that since my appointment as Acting Treasurer I have so arranged my time as to be regularly at the Treasury from 12 o'clock to 3 p.m. during these hours especially that the Public are in communication with that Office, and I have, therefore, fixed these hours in order...
